GTM Search wasn’t just founded in 2019; it was born out of my career journey. Before the world grappled with the COVID-19 pandemic, I had been immersed in the world of new business selling & sales recruitment. My career took a pivotal turn to SaaS Recruitment when I partnered with BGRS in 2018, which later became a vital collaborator of GTM Search.
As I navigated this path, I couldn’t help but notice a profound lack of trust and integrity in the interactions between customers and external partners. It became my mission to establish a niche consultative recruitment agency that would redefine these relationships. I wanted to maintain a deep, personal connection with our clients while offering remarkable Go-To-Market (GTM) recruitment solutions, tailored for startups, scale-ups, and software vendors backed by VC’s, private equity or post-IPO.
